How do I order?
You can already reserve your bicycle via the website. After your reservation, a rental agreement will be signed. The first bikes will be available from August! First come, first served!

Contact Joule for questions on or stop by any Lucien Store for additional info on the bike or a test ride.
Reserve your favourite bike (and any accessories) through this website. Choose your ideal maintenance package and your favourite colour. Do you have any questions about the frame size or version? Contact Joule via chat, phone or mail. We are happy to help you choose your bicycle. You will receive a confirmation of reservation via e-mail and a Joule staff member will contact you for the rental agreement.
Based on your company number, a small financial check is done to see if your organisation is eligible to lease the bike.
If you are given the green light, a digital lease agreement will be sent to you and you can sign it with a simple click.
Congratulations! Your bike is now officially reserved in the name of your company.
You can choose: go for the pick-up at Lucien or ask for a delivery at your doorstep.
Where are the Lucien stores?
Yes! You can test the bike at any Lucien store and at Joule! Make an appointment at:
- Lucien: book your appointment via email.
- Joule: book your appointment via firstname.lastname@example.org
We deliver the bike for free in Belgium. Just select this option when you order your bike.
Yes yes yes!
If a heavy repair cost is established upon refunding, the cost will be passed on to the user. Wear and tear from normal use is not included in this.
